The opportunity

The original feed combines corporate promotions with local team content. My concept brings those elements into a more consistent visual system, making it easier for visitors to understand the agency and connect with its local presence.

My creative direction

I kept the recognizable red-and-white brand palette and introduced a balanced mix of community stories, approachable insurance education, team spotlights, and clear next steps. The goal is a page that feels informative, personal, and relevant to Oceanside residents.

Connecting content to customers

Local imagery and community involvement give viewers familiar points of connection. Simple questions and useful educational topics create reasons to read, save, and share, while contact prompts help interested visitors take the next step.

Intended impact

The aim is to increase visibility, strengthen community affinity, and encourage engagement and inquiries. I would evaluate the idea through post reach and views, saves, shares, comments, profile visits, and contact actions against the page's previous performance.

Images and sample copy are illustrative. The concept has not been published to the business's account or tested, so no performance results are claimed.

EGP Land & Sea

A logo exploration rooted in the original brand, with a more expressive connection to the restaurant's coastal atmosphere and Island Park community.

My idea is to preserve the familiarity customers already love while exploring a visual identity that feels welcoming, locally connected, and adaptable across the restaurant's marketing.

The original at the core

I used the existing EGP name, palm tree, and wave imagery as the foundation. Retaining those familiar elements respects the original identity and the connection returning customers already have with the brand.

Reflecting the atmosphere

The proposed coastal colors, expressive lettering, and badge formats explore how the logo could communicate the feeling of spending time at the restaurant: good food, company, and a relaxed local setting.

A connection to community

Keeping Island Park prominent ties the identity to the people and place behind the restaurant. My aim is to make the brand feel like a familiar community destination that customers recognize and feel connected to.

A flexible identity

The board explores compact icons, horizontal layouts, and fuller badges for possible use on social profiles, menus, signage, and event materials. The next step is to refine a chosen direction in Canva and check its readability at small sizes and in a single color.

Independent, AI-assisted concept exploration; not commissioned or endorsed by EGP Land & Sea. This board presents the original identity as a reference alongside proposed directions, rather than finished production logos. Illustrative imagery, taglines, and dates are concept placeholders.

A little about me

A creative eye.
A retail instinct.

Since starting in fashion retail in 2019, I've worked at the point where a brand's message meets a real customer. That experience shapes how I think about marketing: the message needs to be clear, relevant, and useful.

As an Assistant Store Manager at J.Crew Factory, I connect promotional execution, visual communication, and team coaching. At Express, I also created and managed a store Instagram presence with original photography and promotional content.

I'm bringing that practical foundation and my Business Marketing education into opportunities in brand marketing, retail marketing, and customer experience.
